Why Is Shipping Free?
To be honest, as we are a smaller growing business, we are handling the majority of the processing and shipping ourselves. In fact, almost all of our operations are done within our small warehouse. This being the reason why processing and shipping may take slightly longer than other online retailers. We ask for a little more patience in this regard. We appreciate your cooperation and business, therefore, we offer FREE worldwide shipping, 24/7! Our hope is that this will help to make up for being unable to provide you with your product within a week's time.
When Will I Receive My Product?
On average, when you place your order, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. The shipping process can take anywhere up to 3-4 weeks. We work closely with the manufacturers to be able to offer you the absolute cheapest pricing that still offers you the best quality. We cannot guarantee shipping time frames, but the majority of the time you will receive your item sooner than expected. Sometimes, orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately. For these types of orders, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email containing a unique tracking number for each product. If you are purchasing from Canada, please allow a few extra days to receive your order(s).
In an order full of fast and cheap things we've decided to provide good things at a cheap price. This means we are slow but worth it.
Do you ship International?
We do! We also ship for FREE internationally, but there may be additional shipping time due to customs so it may be more like 10-15 business days.
What type of shipping do you offer?
Standard Shipping is all we are able to offer at this time. As we grow, we hope to streamline it with increased capacity to offer quicker times.

- Please contact us if you did not receive your order within 30 days from your order confirmation email. After 30 days, your order will be marked as fulfilled and closed.
- All orders are guaranteed a refund if they're not delivered in 60 days.
- If you provided a wrong address at the time of order you may contact us ASAP. This is absolutely critical because once that package is in transit we are unable to stop it in route.
