I bought something in the wrong size, do you allow exchanges?
Absolutely! We know it can be hard to get just the right size and we won’t rest until you love your purchase. You will find a sizing guide on each clothing item, and notes in the description if that particular product runs either larger or smaller than normal. Can I cancel my order after I have placed it?
We know that this sometimes happens, and we are more than happy to cancel the order. Please let us know as soon as possible so we can get it canceled and credited back to you.
I would like to do a refund, how does that work?
Super easy! For obvious reasons, the sooner the better but we allow up to 60 days from purchase to alert us to a return. Please send us an email at Support@RoughAndRegal.com and include your name, address, the order number, the product, and what went wrong with it. We will be back in touch within 1 business day to get you all the information you need to return it.
